4.1 We offer same-day delivery in Nairobi for orders placed before 4:30 PM. During public holidays, the cut-off time for same-day delivery is 3:30 PM.
4.2 For orders placed after the cut-off times, delivery will be scheduled for the next business day.
4.3 We provide next-day delivery services countrywide. Delivery times may vary based on the destination and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4.4 Delivery fees may apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
4.5 While we strive to meet our delivery schedules, we are not liable for any delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
